Product- Notbook
Model- hp G62-b51SE
Serial- 4CZ0351LFD
OS- Windows 7 Home Premium
Error Message- ATI MOBILITY RAEDON HAS STOPPED WORKING
Hello Sir,
I am using a hp G62-b51SE Notbook. It has an ATI Radeon Graphics Accelerator. I was using it yesterday morning. At sometime lots of horizontal colorful lines begin to show in the screen. After sometime, the display went OFF. Then I made a restart. Windows said "WINDOWS RECOVERED FROM A SERIOUS PROBLEM- ATI MOBILITY RAEDON HAS STOPPED WORKING"...I went online to find a solution but was said NO SOLUTIONS FOUND. The same problem occured again and the notebook went OFF. Now nothing comes on the screen. Even the hp logo at the initial BIOS loading also does not occurs. But the power LED, HDD LED, WLAN LED everything working fine.Even the DVD Drive is working. What might be the problem. How can i solve it?
And I've connected my laptop to an external display via HDMI and still did'nt got the display. It said "NO INPUT DETECTED"...Please respond soon...
