Official HP statement on Switchable Graphics and Open GL Functionality

********************** UPDATE August 8, 2011************************************

 

Subject: HP BIOS updates to allow you to configure your unit for Fixed Mode switchable graphics or  Dynamic switchable graphics mode

 

 ( Note you may also need to update the AMD graphics driver as detailed in the document – link below )

 
Switching to fixed mode will allow the unit to run in High Performance mode for Open GL based SW such as Adobe Premiere and many games.
