Problem with Radeon HD 7450M

HP Pavilion g6-1305ev Notebook
PN A8W69EA
Radeon HD 7450M
BIOS F.63

Windows 7 Home premium 64bit

 

When switched to  Radeon card some games and programs display in a "dotted" way as in the following images.

Could it be a hardware problem so i must return my laptop as long as it covered by guarantee or is there any hope in  waiting for next drivers?

I would try updating your drivers first because IMO you wouldn't be able to read the writing on the catalyst

control panel if it was a hardware issue and then if you can't get it to work get a warranty service.
