Hi, I cant find the specifications of my notebook 584037-001 HP DV7. I want to know up to how much i can add RAM memmory, and if I can replace the HD with SSD or add a SSD. Also want to know if i can upgrade the GPU. If someone can give me the link with the specifications, that would be great.

Hi,

DV7 is a series of many models, what is yours ? The following link will show you how to work out model number:

1. For RAM: please check the following link. You can buy from them or use the information to buy elsewhere:

2. SSD: Yes, you can replace HDD with a SSD, SSD's are very cheap now.

3. GPU: I don't know your machine therefore very hard to tell BUT, up to 95% of laptops can't upgrade GPU OR the cost is too high. Replacing GPU may need to replace motherboard, power supply, cooling system ..... at the same time.

Regards.
