Hi All,

 

I have a few questions that for some reason HP support just cannot seem to answer... Unfortunatley, they can NEVER answer my questions...

 

Question #1 I installed the HP Support Assistant  app on my android phone and for some dumb reason in order to stream video I need a 6 digit pin code.... How do I get that??? I have the support assitant on my laptop installed but my OCD is kicking in and want to try this app on my phone.

 

Question# 2 tHE WHOLE REASON for this debacle is to find out if my dam laptop "HP Pavilion Notebook15-ab223CL"

is equipt with a mSATA or a M.2 SSD slot (yes I already have a SSD replacing my 1TB SATA III)  I have a best buy gift card burning a hole in my pocket and just want to know if I have a mSATA, M.2, or NEITHER slot!  Some reason in all of the useless .pdf guides cannot give me a answer...   I will FedEx a 12 pack of beer of you're choice if you can help!

 

BTW: QUESTION #2 is all I want to know because I cannot sleep at night lol JK.
