Product: HP Elitebook Folio 9470m

I can not open BIOS menu completely, but just menu F1 Sysinfo and F2 diagnostic. All other functions are closed and nothing happens if i press F10 or any other F. I tried to flash bios with sp77817 and sp. Is it there any help to come somwhere else with som BIOS uppdate.

 

Greateful for any help

I find up that the bios version is F64, while on HP site I can download only a BIOS flash F63 

Version: F.63 Rev.A(16 May 2016)

and no F64? Is it wrong version installed, and how to fix it? I tried several times with F63, but no sucess...
