Product: Envy 17 with touchscreen
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The hinges on my laptop have completely broken off of the base. I am an engineering student and use my laptop daily, but right now I have to use my laptop on a surface touching a wall because the wall is the only thing keeping the screen from falling off completely when in use. I've researched this issue and it seems pretty common for this model. Does HP offer any assistance with this issue?
