Product: ENVY 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP ENVY Notebook - 15-k231tx

When the device is connected even to the charger battery drains and switching off the laptop. Then it is not possible to switch it on back until the charger is removed and reconnected several random times. Randomly it is charging and switching on. I tried this with several same type of chargers, but issue remains. Even the battery removed and connecting the charger also detects randomly. What can i do for this?
