Product: Spectre x360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently purchased a 2017 Spectre x360 15 inch. it has i7 kaby lake dual core, thunderbolt 3 and 16 gbs of ram. my question is can i hook up an egpu to this device even tho its a dual core processor and already had a dedicated graphics card.
