HP ProBook 430 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear Support team,

Recently i bought 3 new HP Probook 430 G4 and since i started the system on them i heard a sound in the Hard Disk and its continuous, if i opend a folder, file or started an application it's become more loud.

In the last month i bought more than 5 laptops from HP, all of them have the same issue !!

Is there any thing wrong in the hard drive or it's normal !!, i think it's factory defect.

Please dont tell me to take backup and send these laptops to the agent to fix this issue, i know what to do.

I put this topic just to give you a feedback about your products.

I used to be a big fan of HP products and I am so sorry to have this experience with HP products, it's such a waste of time and money.

Regards,
