Hello,
I have also had ongoing issues with my HP sylus. I have a Spectre X2, the stylus has never works satisfactorily. I have tried to run all of the BIOS and touch screen firmware updates but they both failed to run. I have also replaced the battery on the stylus but it is still terrible to use.
I was hoping that the recent update to Windows 10 would make a difference but it hasn't.
The ability to use a stylus was the main reason I purchased the spectre x2 but I have been deeply disappointed with it and am now considering writing the cost of this spectre x2 off and getting a competitor device.
Please advise how I go about getting this resolved.
