Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello friends,

 

I'd like to disable the powerful LED on the CAPS key on the keyboard of my laptop.

 

I would like to avoid having to reinstall BIOS as this sounds like a big thing to do, and I don't want to mess with those essential parts directly so... is there an easier way (via some small program) to tell the computer to disable that led?
