Pavilion DV6500
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I upgraded the operating system of my Pavilion DV6500 form Windows Vista To Windows 7 Ultimate SP1.

Everything seems to work fine but HP does not have the drivers for Win 7 and the device manager shows four devices that have not been installed.  Three "Base System Devices" and ONE "Unknown Device".

I have used windows 7 troubleshooter, but it has not been able to find the drivers for these devices.

The only thing that does not work properly is the Quick Play buttons.

Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to determine what devices are the ones that have not been installed and where to get the drivers to run them.

Thanks and regards

HP Quick Launch Buttons here (ver 6.50.13.1 for 32/64 bit Win7)
