Good evening,
My name is Carlos and I bought this pc 1 year and 6 months ago.
After 6 months the laptop shutdown time after time when I was playing.
I thougth that maybe was happening because I had update the OS to Windows 10 that made the pc overheat.
The game have the follow requirements:
- OS: Windows® 7/Vista/XP
- Processor: 2.1GHz processor or better
- RAM: 2 GB RAM
- Graphic Card: Video card must be 256 MB or more and should be a DirectX 9-compatible with support for Pixel Shader 3.0
- DirectX: Version 9.0c
- Disc Space: 15 GB free space
I think you know my laptop specs.
After 6 months that I bought this laptop, I contacted HP support to know if someone could help me with my pc overheating.
They tell me to do a EUFI analysis...

I/O Connections: Passed 05-12-2015

among various analysis they told me to send the laptop to spain to repair the laptop.
After 15 days they sent me the laptop from:
