Product: 13-AC023DX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Here's a video I made about this:

Now question, does anyone else experience this issue? Were you able to fix it? How? Through all of the solutions I've found on this forum has been HP replacing the laptop in it's entirety. This seems to be a common problem since 2015 that has not been fixed.
I've been able to pinpoint it down to the software: the synaptics drivers.
