Product: Envy TouchSmart 15 Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an ENVY 15 TouchSmart Notebook and the hinges are FAILING.  After looking at the forum this seems to be a  recurring problem with the Notebooks.  What is the fix for this problem.  The Notebook is not used all that much and  has never been dropped.
