So I recently got a new laptop so I was going to reset my HP notebook and give it to a friend.The laptop said that there was a problem so they couldn't reset it.I went through the troubleshooting options but nothing worked.I then wanted to leave back to my desktop and I couldn't.The screen went black and then went gray.A small white flash happens at the top left corner of the screen and then the HP logo comes up.Then it turns black again and repeats.How do I fix it so I can get out of the cycle and reset my laptop?
