Product: HP Elitebook 820
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I start my laptop or login to my laptop in docking station, the laptop screen often remains black. Appearantly it is sending the screen signal to the tv only. The tv is connected with an active 4k display port to hdmi adapter to the docking station. Windows key + p does not help. When taking the laptop out of the docking station, or, when disconnecting the display port plug from the docking station, there is no issue.
Is there a way to set this up ensuring that the laptop always shows at least its own screen? I use the tv connection less often. I prefer not to have to plug in the display port for use.
many thanks for your help!
