Product: HP Envy 17 Touchsmart

Left Hinge on HP Envy 17 Touchsmart design flaw. Looks as if hundreds of people are suffering from this flaw. I've spent two hours on the phone being transferred among HP staff who want to sell me stuff but not address the issue. Isthere a recall on this? [Content Removed]
