Product: HP 250 G4 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a problem with my cd-writer.

 

I've got a HP 250 G4 Notebook PC. Some days ago, I noticed that my cd-writer doesn't write anymore. I wanted to write an Audio-Cd, but it couldn't work.

Strangely, my cd-writer reads CDs and DVDs, but it doesn't write.

Is that problem solvable? I look forward to your response. Thank you.

OS: Windows 10 (64 bit)
