HP 250 G5 Notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I recently bought a new HP 250 G5 Notebook, the laptop itself is great however after 1.5-2 hours of the use it seems to freeze up and requires a hard reset.

The cursor freezes up as does the screen and if I am watching a video the veido will freeze. The audio crashes and a loud buzzing noise come from the laptop. I need to then press and hold the power button in order to restart the laptop.

I have installed all windows updates and I have updated all drivers. I have also reset the laptop and reinstalled windows 10. I have also kept an eye on my CPU tempratures and they dont ever seem to go above 65 degrees.

I am not sure what else to do, I bought the laptop on the 10/04/2017 and it is still under warranty.

Any advice is appreicated

Thanks,
