Hello everyone,
My product is HP EliteBook 8470p Notebook. And using BIOS/UEFI without CSM.
Serial: [Personal Information Removed]
Product: D6R84UC#ABA
My issue occurs after I update the system BIOS from older version to F.66 Rev A.
The physical keyboard work not correctly after updating.
I have check by UEFI diagnostic, phenomenon: some key (as: 'E', 'D', 'C', 'Esc') not effected when be pressed. And this phenomenon occurs when I enter BIOS environment or DOS or window OS.
The other keys is work as normally.
Currently, my PC work normal before updating. Beside that, I can not rollback for the previous version because of forbiddance.
Have anybody meet issue like me and any solution ?
