Product: HP MSL 4048

We have an MSL 4048 G3 tape library with two drives connected to an HP DL380 G6 running Windows Server 2008 and Netbackup v7.1 as backup solution.

 

When backup jobs are executed according to schedule, only one is executed per time and all the others are in WAIT status.

My hardware firmwares which are :

 

- Library firmware : 7.00 / 2.80e

- Drives A and B firmware : H58W

 

I just want to know if that this might be caused by the firmware versions. And an upgrade is necessary.
