Often when typing, the spacebar doesn't register that I've just tapped it and I end upwithsentenceslookinglikethis.

I've cleaned all around the spacebar including using a vaccuum cleaner along the sides just in case anything is stuck down there.

It often feels as if it only registers a space if I hit it at a specific area in the middle of the bar although it does seem to work occasionally if I tap either hard with a bit more force.

Is there anything realistic I can do to deal with this so I get a space no matter where I tap on it?
