Product: ProBook 4730s

Hi,

 

Laptop HP ProBook 4730s

 

 

Ma laptop started having this issue few days ago, when laptop is without battery the ac adapter is supplying enough power to start, when the battery is installed then laptop starts but it's using power from battery and not from ac adapter, it' seems like there is no ac adapter connected to laptop.

 

Also when i connect ac adapter the power led flashes: short white, long orange, short withe and then off.

 

I checked the battery with HP battery check utility and there are no errors except no ac power, also i have second ac adapter for this laptop and the result is the same problem.

 

I will appreciate any advice, thanks...
