Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i have problem with synaptic touch pad. When i browse some inet sites on chrome, mozilla or IE touchpad scroll work. After add new tab on any browser touchpad scroll dont work. After select previous tab and return to new one scroll is working. Problem is with 10-20 tabs open. Sometime is scroll works, sometimes not. Is the drivers problem?
