Product: Chromebook

Why is HP allowing all of its customers to have to suffer with keyboards that do not work.  The sticking of certain letters on my keyboard is extremely frustrating and annoying.  I have rebooted, taken the chromebook to square 1 and it still does not work properly,  This is clealy a recall issue -  GET THE PROBLEM SORTED HP.  I spent £250.00 on a pile of crap that I cannot use without getting very annoyed at the fact that the letters h j y u m n and the digits 6 and 7 do not work on my chrome book.  I have only been using this product about 6 months and am extremely unhappy with the keyboard issue.  At times I could just throw my chromebook out of the window.  I want a full refund as it is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.  Never mind telling people to clean their keyboards.  Mine is immaculate,  Never mind telling people to reboot their computer and take it back to the beginning and risk losing all your accounts - HP NEED TO ADDRESS this problem and fix peoples chromebooks, laptops for FREE!!!!
