Hello,

i have a specific question .

I want to upgrade my cpu on m HP 8530 p.

i need a quad core to improve the performance of my laptop in the purpose

of using music software production like cubase.

I Know because i've checked the specifications for my model

that i can upgrade with a cpu QX9300 or a Q9100..

But i want i want more . and i don't know if the specifcations are ipdated for my old model  .

My idea is to go higher with the intel q9... family cpu. .

i believe i don't need a QX extreme because i haveno use of overclocking capability with an hp.

i need the best intel q processor i can get.

i want to instal the intel Q 9650!!! on my hp 8530 p.

can i do that ??

what do you suggest?

thank you so much for your answer and support

Diego
