Product: EliteBook 8560p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8 (64-bit)

Dears,

kindly support me as my elitebook 8560p have a problem with chargeing 

*when i plug in the charger and the battery is charged but not full the charger is not working and not charging battery until the battery is critical low and asking to plug in it starts charging 

*another case that when i take out the battery and plug in the charger and after starting up the windows i plug the battery back it charges normally so please support me in that case urgentalyy
