I recently purchased a an HP X2 210 G1 and I would like to recharge the computer with an auxillary charging unit (the same type that is commonly to recharge cell phones and tablets). I need to be able recharge the computer.
I purchased an USB C to micro usb adapter; and connected the X2 to an auxillary battery, with the adapter, and the computer. I was unable to recharge the computer. After I connected the computer I noticed that the AC adapter/battery light did not turn on.
How do I recharge the X2 using an auxillary battery? The user manual mentions using a DC power source approved by HP to use with this computer. What is the correct DC power source setup for the X2, using an auxillary battery?
