Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Last week I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro from Windows 7 Pro that came loaded on my HP ProBook 4720s (Intel i5 2.53 ghz processor) that I bouth about 6 yrs ago.  After the upgrade, I noticed that my dvd/cd rom unit ( HP BD Rom BC-5541H ) was not working correctily.  A DVD icon appears on the screen when I look at My Computer, but I am not able to to burn discs to it.  However, I did create a virtual XP machine in my host Windows 10 using Window's Hyper-V for an old accounting program that runs only in Windows XP  and doing so I had to load my old XP Pro from the original CD.  Somehow the program loaded from the CD I put in my ProBook 4720s.

Question:  Is there a current driver for the HP BD Rom BC-5541H that will work with Windows 10 Pro?  I have tried all other recommendations I found on line regarding uninstalling the driver, rebooting the machine and tinkering with the registry.  Nothing seems to work so far.
