Product: hp zbook 17 g3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

my keyboard shift key doesn't work. nor do the alt or ctrl keys. i have gone to the bios and 'restore factory settings'. i believe it is a hardware issue, but im open to suggestions.
