Product: HP EliteBook 6930p
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
My laptop suddenly started showing blank screen. After much troubleshooting, I found out that it no longer worked with the 2GB RAM that came with it.
Even after trying several others, it refused to accept them until I tried a 512MB RAM.
The 512MB RAM worked but when I tried to add another 512MB in it's upgrade bay, it still refuses to boot up. It just hangs.
What can I do?
