while running a program big sound appear on notebooks suddenly stop all programs and not responding (25 Views)

while running a program big sound appear on notebooks suddenly stop all programs and not responding

model-hp G62-435DX notebook

os..windows 7 64bit

no error message

no changes

purchasetime 10 months

when this problem occurs some times .

when program is running a sudden sound(big) will be occur the laptop stop ,if we close the program that is not responding any key the sound continious till switch off the laptop(press power off).

after some time again poweron with starting windows normally option

please solve my problem
