Instructions reference removal of battery...how do i do that?

Thanks for the post and Welcome to HP Forums I understand that the Notebook is having problem in powering 1 - Remove the Ac adapter 2 - Remove all Peripherals connected to the PC 3 - Press and Hold both the Mute button and the Power Button for 30 seconds and then release the hold 4 - Connect the ac adapater and wait for another 30 seconds and power on the pc This is HP Spectre so battery is non-removable or Not suggested for Customers to Remove If still the same problem contact HP http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html Hope this helped.
