Product: Pavilion Notebook P5P36EA#ABT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer is loading slow. It is slow on startup, although I disabled cloud applications such as google drive and dropbox. It takes a long time to even load the file explorer. When I load Task Manager it show that disk usage is on 100%.

 Even after I've done the factory restore it said it couldn't delete all files.

Tap F2 as you power up and find the diagnostics. Run the full tests on the hard drive and memory and please report back with results.

Ok i've done as you said. It says everything has passed. Should I load a picture too?
