Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Okay, so my notebook had been running slow so decided to go and do a full reboot

For whatever reason I thought this would be easy enough to do, unfortunately, not the case and here I am 5 hours later and no further forward

So I have the dreaded 64% Loop when trying to start the Notebook, Laptop is just in an endless cycle of starting up - Showing me the 64% and turning off again.

Have tried to press escape key to get into start up menu and all seems successful until....

None of the Fn keys seem to work except F1 - If I press F1 I get system information which is fine, but the other options dont seem to register when pressing the corresponding keys... Am I missing something. F10 doesnt get me into BIOS and F11 wont allow me to do a system refresh.

Please if you can help it dont suggest that I download a Windows 10 ISO as I dont have a USB or DVD with enough room at the moment and getting one is a real hassle, I need this notebook working urgently for work that must be completed.

Any help is much appreciated, and thanks for taking the time to read.

Liam
