Hi,

 

There are a couple of options.

 

1.  You can contact HP starting on the link below and request an unlock code.

 

http://welcome.hp.com/country/w1/en/contact_us.html

 

2.  Remove the rtc cell - see Page 53 of your Maintenance & Service Guide - then hold down the power button for 60 seconds before re-inserting the rtc.
