Hi,

 

At the password screen, hit enter 3 times and you should receive a 'halt code' - post back with this code.

As I understand the computer is asking to "power on password" and you need assistance with the same,

 

You would have to contact HP phone support for a hardware service as the motherboard may require a tattoo/Bios Flash.
