Product: HP ENVY x360 TouchSmart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
My HP ENVY Model 15-uO11dx is not working. The screen takes me to Restart or Advanced options. Tried with "Restart" but after "diagnosing your PC" the screen shows again the same options restart or Advnced options. The Advanced options takes me to "System Restore," "System Image Recovery," "Startup repair," "Command Prompt," "UEFI Firmware Settings," "Startup Settings," and "Go back to previous build." Which one should I click in order to restore Windows without deleting any of my installed programs?

HP Recommended

Hi,

First try system restore and see if you have a restore point from before the problem started and restore to that point. Only programs installed after that date will be affected by the restore .
