After resetting my HP touchsmart 2 hp package softwares got deleted

I reset my laptop to the out of box option where i retained my personal files but the reset lost the entire HP pre bundled package/software e.g HP Quick Launch, DVD Menu Pack for HP; HP 3D drive; HP Quick Launch; HP wireless Assistant; HP touchsmary Canvas; HP touchsmart Photo; and other HP programs/apps....etc etc. Also when I swivel my monitor to the tablet form the screen doesnt rotate accordingly so i guess that software also got deleted; Pen tablet software to not showing... among other software like ; IdT Audio; How do I re-load the entire list of apps/programs that were removed and the list is stored on my desktop. Pls help.

Hi,

You can find all the software here , however try not to use the drivers at the top of the page as they are for windows 7. The software which is also for windows 7 will work on windows 10. So in select operating system choose windows 7 (the only one available)

The software is under heading software-multimedia and software solutions.

I am having problems connecting to other devices..... my mobile etc via bluetooth from my laptop. when i go to settings and search for other devices it continues scanning non stop without detecting other devices. When i scan from my mobile phone it does not detect my laptop. I have turned on the feature on the laptop to allow devices to detect my device etc.

        In device manager under blue tooth there is generic blueetooth adapter and Microsoft bluetooth adapter. I tried downloading Ralink Motorola Bluetooth adapter but after downloading it does nothing.. Infact the bluetooth in settings disaappears after this download. and when I click on the bluetooth icon in the taskbar it just goes randomly into documents.. Pfft dead end... what is wrong.. something wrong that i am doing?
