Product: HP Pavilion 15-n208tx Notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I switch  on my HP Pavilion 15-n208tx Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR) laptop. I am getting the error-"Another instance is running- configuration system failed to intialize"
