Base System Device Drivers missing/not working in Window 10

Hi There,

I have installed Window 10 and since then I have been having different problems.

Lately I have noticed that the Base System Device driver is not working and also something else not identified.

Please find below the Haedware IDs for those not working drivers

Can you help to fix it please?

The JMicron Media Card Reader Driver enables the integrated media card slot in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.
