I'm having this issue with this brand new laptop since day one.

Everytime I turn off (not sleep , not hibernate, yes Im sure its OFF) the laptop Im losing around 10% charge DAILY, while its turned Off.

Things I've Tried:

-Disable USB Charging

-Disconnecting all usb devices while its off

-Checked Battery health (Windows battery report was OK, and the battery last around 8 hours from 100% to 10% with the laptop turned on and doing office work)

A laptop that drains its battery while its OFF will definitely reduce the battery life expectancy by A LOT, as the battery will constantly charge every day, losing valuable battery life cicles.

As with previous messages on this matter please contact me to arrange repair.

Unless you went into Control Panel and changed the Power settings, the laptop is not actually powering off when you shut it down.
