Hi please help me someone. I bought a hp-14 laptop not to long ago.. I press the power button the power light comes on then cuts Off for 1-3 seconds then comes back on and stays on but screen always stays black. If I hold down the power button while the power light is on it Cuts off normally. If I try to turn on again always same problem. I already tried taking out and putting back in the ram and I also tried draining the power and turning back on same problem always. And one time while I kept trying to turn it on the caps lock also started blinking but screen was still black. Please help me someone.

What caused the problem in the first place?
Power glitch? Upgrade to windows 11?
Microsoft or HP update? Add a new device, memory, etc?
BIOS upgrade that went wrong?

Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.
Do not allow any updates if disk or memory fail, especially a BIOS update.

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.
