Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Black screen following curser up screen after startup. Intermittent problem (20% of the time), reboot then resolves it.  Moving the cursor to bottom of screen you can see all of desktop and can then select Restart to always resolve the problem.  

 

I upgraded to windows 11 so long ago I can't remember if it happened before.  All possible update to OS and drivers and bios done.  Only happens intermittently after cold startup.  "Warm" restart always resolves it but is still very annoying.
