I don't know what's wrong with my laptop. Every time I try to log on, I get this blue screen that says:
Your PC/Device needs to be repaired
The application or operating system couldn't be loaded because a required file is missing or contains errors.
File: /WINDOWS/system32.winload.efi
Error code: 0xc000000f
You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device Manufacturer
I tried going to the f11 system recovery, following the steps on the HP website... I did the extensive test for my hard drives, and they passed the test. There wasn't anything wrong with my hard drive, so I went to the next step and it said for me to go to command prompt, but I couldn't get into that because I was logged out of my account, and when I tried logging back on.. the password that I've been using didn't work.
I also never got a installation media or disc/USB device to boot windows 10 onto my laptop like I should have when I bought it. Is there anyway I can get one? The disc nor USB drive came with the laptop.

Is there anyway I can find out whether my computer runs 32-bit or 64-bit? I really need to know because I need my laptop working soon. The link you sent is for 64-bit, and I'm not entirely sure if that's what my computer runs. And I don't wanna spend $40 if it's not right.

Hello @Arinrod,
As per the specs your unit was shipped with Windows 10 Home 64BIT Operating system and will work fine.
And more over there is no 32 BIT operating system released for your PC in the drivers page.
