Hello,
Thank you for posting in the HP Support forum. Welcome !
This is BSOD - kind of Windows self-protection feature. If you received a blue screen error, or stop code, the computer has shut down abruptly to protect itself from data loss. A hardware device, its driver, or related software might have caused this error. What you describe could happen because of incompatible with Windows driver (more often) or because of hardware issue (rarely).
In your case, this seems to be known issue - your network drivers are outdated and need to be updated in order to fix the issue.
Option 1:
Visit the HP web site for your model >> http://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers/selfservice/HP-Pavilion-11-x360-PC-series/8499314/model/8942286 , select your OS version, download , choose the Network drivers , download and update them
Option 2 (recommended):
If you do not have it already, please download and install HP Support Assistant from this url: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03467905
Use to check for and apply all drivers updates
Additional tips:
- If you have McAfee software installed, then uninstall it and eventually run this McAfee uninstaller tool >> http://us.mcafee.com/apps/supporttools/mcpr/mcpr.asp
- Use the built-in Windows Defender >> http://www.howtogeek.com/220232/how-to-use-the-built-in-windows-defender-antivirus-on-windows-10/
Please, provide your feedback and let me know how this goes.
