Product: HP Envy Touchsmart M7-J010DX
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

Hello,

 

I have an HP ENVY TouchSmart M7-j010dx, and the hinge on the left side has broken loose and has made the plastic casing bulge upward everytime the laptop is opened.  I see this is a common problem for this product line.

 

How can I have this repaired?
