Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 HAVE TRIED BOTH F10 AND F1 BUT NO BIOS ON SCREEN. AM RECEIVING A FLASH 0N THE CAPS LOCK LED OF 3 FLASHES AND THEN 5 QUICK FLASHES.

 

HAVE ALSO TRIED A BATTERY REMOVE RESET.

 

HAVE LOADED BIOS EXE ONTO MY COMPUTER TO TRY AND CREAT A RELOAD USB BUT AM GETTING FAULT OF no match file in multi-fd

THE COMPUTOR IS 17-Y054SA AND RUNNING WINDOWS 10 WHICH WAS PRE LOADED WHEN PERCHASED

Welcome to the HP Support forum.

 

Your computer has a hardware problem. Based on the way it is blinking, I can conclude this is a related to faulty processor (CPU).

 

The computer needs to be serviced - you need to bring to a technician. It is recommended that you use HP Authorized service center.  If your computer is with active warranty - you should contact HP Support for assistance:
